Return Policy

ArjonBD stands behind the customer satisfaction. We sell and hope you’re happy with your gear. We care about your need and demand. We follow an ethical return policy. If you need to return or change your book for any genuine reason, we offer 2 days money back return service and 5 days to change/replace the book. We request all of our customers to check book details from the details page before confirm the order. Also request to compare information with their requirments if they need exactly that book or others.

The policy to return or change the books will be effective for the following reasons:

  • If the book is found with manufacturing defects.
  • The book being damaged while shipping.
  • Delivered book doesn’t mach with your order that means if we deliver you other book subconsciously.
  • The book will be found some page missing.
  • Books you want to return/replace must be unused and in their original condition.
  • You just need to change the edition of the same book.


Return Process

Contact with us via e-mail or via the official phone number provided on website. We will let you know the return process. Books should be packed to save it from transportation damage. If you live near our corporate office, you can change it yourself directly from us or If you reside far from our office or outside Dhaka, you are requested to send the book via courier service. We will provide you the courier address at the time of contacting.


Keep in Mind

Arjon guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary use or damage caused by customer use or accidents. Return policy will not be effected after the guarantee period. We offer money back policy for  manufacturing defects, our mistake to deliver you the book and if the book is being damaged in shipping process. Changing policy is applied only for the same book. You cannot change a book with other type of book that you ordered previously. To claim shipping damage you must provide image of the damaged book in it’s packing. ArjonBD reserves all rights regarding the return policy. You may asked for proof to facilitate the return.
