It may be happened that you wrongly order another book instead of which you wanted to order or unconsciously increase/decrease the quantity in view list page or other reason may be appeared and you need to cancel/replace your order. In such condition please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from us.
Here is how can you Cancel/replace an order:
- We request our customers to login our site before make an order. It will be extra beneficiary for you to easily replace your order just from your profile and to see your all order history from us. If you are not a registered user please go to my account and create a new account in the easiest process. Then login your account.
- If you place an order before login as an unregistered user and need to cancel/replace your order please contact us via phone number that provided on the top of our website.
N.B: Order cannot be cancelled if we shipped book before your cancellation.
